Ultrasonic Level Sensors for Distance Measurement
MassaSonic - Ultrasonic Sensors
Massa Products Corporation is proud to unveil the MassaSonic Gizmo®, the latest advancement in wireless ultrasonic sensing technology. Utilizing direct customer feedback, Gizmo was designed to outperform its predecessor (the M3) and is tailored to the requirements of industry today. Through its ease-of-use improvements and newly offered capabilities, Gizmo is the standard for the next generation of wireless sensing.
MassaSonic - Ultrasonic Sensor
MassaSonic PulStar Series Ultrasonic Sensors are ruggedly designed transmitting modules, providing reliable continuous level or distance measurement at ranges from 4 inches (100mm) to 20 feet (6m). The PulStar® series products are a direct result of improvements made upon the M-300 and M-320 sensors and serve as a drop-in replacement for those legacy products. These durable Sensors are RoHS compliant, IP68 rated, and available in three versions. All models provide precision measurement for applications such as factory automation, process control, tank level monitoring, object detection, and more. With the inclusion of state-of-the-art processing algorithms, false echoes due to object interference are a thing of the past.
MassaSonic - Dual-Transducer Sensor for Uneven Target Surfaces
The MassaSonic FlatPack Sensor provides continuous non-contact distance measurement of fluids, pastes, or solid bulk materials. Its low-profile design makes it ideal for constrained working zones with application ranges from 1 inch (25 mm) to 13 feet (4 m).
MassaSonic - Short Range Ultrasonic Sensor
The MassaSonic mPulse Model (M-5000/220) short range ultrasonic sensor is a full featured, wired object detection sensor with multiple outputs. These ultrasonic sensors feature a high measurement speed and accuracyfor non-contact distance measurement, object detection for factory automation, industrial process control, and more! The mPulse Sensor stands out over other systems because of its extraordinary ease of operation, genuinely user-friendly software, versatility in user-controlled outputs, and the ability to be set up without using a target.
MassaSonic - Ultrasonic Sensor
The MassaSonic SonAire Series Sensors are ruggedly designed ultrasonic transmitter modules incorporating state-of-the-art ultrasonic technology and processing algorithms. All models are made of chemically resistant PVDF, support application ranges from 4 inches (100mm) to 35 feet (10.7m), and are RoHs and CE compliant.
Ultrasonic Air Transducers
MassaSonic - High Frequency Narrow Beam Ultrasonic Transducer
MassaSonic Model E-188/220 Transducers are uniquely designed to boast a narrow directional pattern completely free of side lobes. Operating at 220 kHz, these transducers feature aluminum housings with a silicon face. These transducers are typically used in non-contact echo ranging applications and are RoHS compliant.
MassaSonic - Narrow Beam Ultrasonic Transducer
Similar to the E-188, the MassaSonic TR-2465 offers narrow directional pattern free of side lobes in an aluminum housing, with a silicone face. Operating at 150kHz, the transducer can function either by transmitting and receiving signals with a single unit or using separate units for each function.
MassaSonic - Transducers
The MassaSonic® TR-89B Series Transducers are rugged electroacoustic devices designed for the efficient generation of ultrasonic energy in air. They are ideally suited for a wide variety of low power, general purpose applications, such as ultrasonic intrusion alarms, proximity detection devices, remote control devices, and energy management systems.
MassaSonic - Plastic Ultrasonic Transducer
The MassaSonic Model TR-2436/150 is an ultrasonic air transducer that operates in the 150 kHz frequency region. It is encased in a solid plastic housing, which results in a robust package with a completely sealed face.
Oceanographic Equipment
MassaSonic - Sub-Bottom Profiling Transducer
The MassaSonic TR-1075 Series consists of rugged high-power underwater transducers designed to operate in the 2.5 to 10 KHz frequency range. They are ideal for use in bottom mapping and sub-bottom profiling applications.
