Our HC series machines are hydraulically powered scissors made in a stable, compact construction method. It serves the suspension of wood, chip records, MDF-as well as HDF stripes and similar materials.

Wood shredder by MASUR - the perfect solution for craftmanship. The wood shredder MASUR UZ 0510 is our brand new solution for small to medium throughputs in the woodworking trade. This fully automatic operating shredder with a drive motor of 11kW, its robust and compact design and its simple operation is optimally tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized companies in the woodworking industry. The pressure of the feed ram is regulated via a pressure sensor system, allowing for fully automatic chipping.

The MASUR compact chippers are machines with a slow running rotor and quiet in operation. They are of robust construction and have a large feed hopper. The machines have drive motors with sizes ranging from 22 to 45 kW and a star-delta start routine.

In the area of conveyor technology, we also produce belt straps in different implementations for the indoor and outdoor areas. The assortment contains horizontal, rising and L-shape conveyor belts in free choosable lengths, widths, heights and also paces. Besides, different conveyor belt materials and surfaces are possible – for example in even, hard or profiled. The housing is made of tilted steel metal with steel strengthening for additional stability.

Our vibration conveyors transports goods in the horizontal destination: for correct passing over we use funnels and chutes. Through the vibratory, the materials get smoothed out and accumulated. This conveyor technology from the house of Masur is very stable and easy-to-service. The channels are individually tilted from steel metal.

The trough chain conveyors are produced in a dust-protected, closed and stable construction method. Implemented in the steel tin trough, there runs the endless conveyor chain. Equipped with brushes, it provides a trouble-free co-guidance of the bulk freight. In the impulse station, the chain above the interlocked chain-wheel is led in the terminus over the pulley.

Going for our tilting devices, you decide to pick a robust conveyor technology of the newest state. The devices exist of a rack with the excursions, the conveyor equipment and an impulse with the geared engine. The conveyor way is so formed that the whole heave occurs vertically and the tilting movement happens in the upper position. As carrying means serve two role chains.

Our chain conveyors are adjustable when it comes to high-, length- and wide measurements, so many different materials can be transported. Often we use conveyor technology for the transport of pallets or similar goods. We take care of everything – starting with the planning up to the first commissioning. The chain conveyors bodies consist of massive steel profiles – the driving- and the deviation site being each a single element bolted into the housing.
