Cooling Tower Water Filtration Skids from MAT Industrial Technologies are specifically designed for industrial cooling tower systems. These skid mounted, fully automatic, plug and play systems are designed to remove unwanted particulate from cooling tower water streams. Filtering down to 10 microns, the CTSS Filtration system keeps the cooling tower clean. The overall efficiency of the cooling tower is increased by removing dirt and solid particles before they build up within the system.

Micro Fiber Self Cleaning Filters are a package filter system for removing particles down to 2 microns. With the use of our innovative self-cleaning microfiber filter cartridges, the filter provides the same performance as a standard cartridge filter without the cumbersome replacement of filter cartridges.

MAT Industrial Technologies specifically designed our Intake Water Particulate Filters for debris removal from intake and open channel water systems. They are ideally suited for the removal of large particulate such as leaves, tree branches and other floating or otherwise suspended debris.

Air & Dirt Separators from MAT Industrial Technologies are specifically designed for the removal of air and particulate from heating and chilled water systems. Designed specifically for remote filtration locations, MAT Industrial Technologies Hydraulic Series filters do not require an external power source. These self-cleaning filters utilize our proprietary hydraulically operated technology to automatically clean the filter without disrupting the process water flow. With up to a 500m3/hr capacity in a single unit and filtration degrees down to 50 micron, these self-cleaning filters are uniquely suited to the agricultural industry. Minimal maintenance, no externally required power source and quick installation mean these filters can be quickly setup in even the most remote locations.
