Matcon - Model Chem 100 - Splash Suit

The Chem 100 Splash Suit is a chemically resistant one-piece work suit and is designed to protect user and breathing apparatus equipment against chemical emergencies where gas-tight protection is not necessary. Much attention is put into the design in order to comfort the user, movements within the suit are unlimited. It is possible, for example that the user takes his / her arms out of the sleeves, for example in order to adjust the self-contained breathing apparatus or to take notes. The suit is equipped with a flexible 0.75mm soft visor and offers a wide panorama view. Alternatively, there may be a semi-rigid anti-fog visor placed.

The Chem 200 Splash Suit is a chemically resistant two-piece work suit that includes a jacket and bib trousers. It is designed to protect user and breathing apparatus equipment against chemical emergencies where gas-tight protection is not necessary.

Matcon - Model Chem 300 - Splash Suit

The Chem 300 is a chemically resistant one-piece work splash suit and is designed to protect the user against chemical emergencies where gas-tight protection is not considered necessary. The suit is made as one piece with integrated head section which has a frequency welded soft neoprene closure in order to clamp the mask liquid-tight. The breathing appartatus equipment are worn outside the suit. We can make a cover for the breating apparatus if you like. Additional protection to the knees and elbows is accomplished by using a double layer of material. The suit is made in a universal version. The suit can be equipped with a connection for an alarm system, light and follow line.

The Clothing completely closes off and is composed of a laminate-coated fabric in order to provide protection against chemical liquids, gases, dust, aerosols and radio active particles protection. All suits contain sufficient exhalation valves so that an excess pressure can be vented. A wide panoramic visor offers great freedom of movement and maximum visibility.
