The LG100 is a standalone logarithmic amplifier with a conversion range in excess of 80 dB over a 10 MHz bandwidth. The LG100A is designed for use as a signal enhancement and compression amplifier and extends the dynamic range of RF signals generated by an ultrasonic instrument with a linear receiver. It has an integrated stepped attenuator for calibrating the dynamic range and an internal low noise preamplifier with four selectable gain settings of approximately 10, 20, 30, and 40 dB
