The Paddle Depacker Model S is the small version of the Paddle Depacker and is designed to separate the packaging from the organic material and produces a clean organic output that is extremely suitable for biogas installations. With its simplicity and low maintenance design the Paddle Depacker Model S distinguishes itself from other systems.

The Paddle Washer is designed to wash the packaging and decrease the weight of the packaging output. The machine delivers an extremely clean plastic, creates more yield in organic fraction and significantly saves on disposal costs.

The Washing Drum cleans the removed inorganic materials from the food depackaging or kerbside waste recycling systems. The inorganic material will be cleaned with warm water to make it free from fats and other organic material. This process helps to reduce the weight and the volume of the non-organic materials which results in lower costs for disposal. The organic materials are pumped back into the food depackaging recycling system, which creates higher yields for the biogas installation.

The organic soup is drawn into the pump near the center of the impeller, and is then thrown outwards by the action of the impeller as it rotates. Centrifugal pumps are widely used in many different applications, including irrigation, water treatment, and industrial processes. They are relatively simple in design and are able to handle a wide range of fluids, making them a popular choice in many settings

A piston pump is a type of positive displacement pump that uses a piston or plunger to move the organic soups through a cylinder. It works by using the motion of a piston or plunger to create a vacuum at the pump inlet, which draws in the organic soups. The organic soup is then pushed through the pump outlet by the motion of the piston or plunger. Piston pumps are commonly used in a wide range of applications, including hydraulic systems, automotive engines, and in manufacturing and processing industries. They are known for their high flow rates and ability to handle a wide range of fluid viscosities. The VRM pump is durable allowing spherical objects of up to 75mm to pass through it. The VRM pumps can create a suction vacuum of up to 0.85 bar the equivalent to 8.5 meters static suction lift.

A progressive cavity pump is a type of positive displacement pump that uses a rotating helical screw-shaped rotor to move fluids through a fixed stator. As the rotor turns, it traps a fixed volume of fluid and moves it through the stator and out of the pump. Progressive cavity pumps are capable of handling a wide range of fluids, including those that are viscous, abrasive, or contain solids. They are often used in applications where the flow rate needs to be accurately controlled, such as in metering pumps or in the food (organic soups) and beverage industry. They are also used in oil and gas production, sewage treatment, and other industrial processes.

The Martinater 500 is a hammer mill solution for grinding co–products and is suitable for shop returns, restaurant returns, agricultural co-products and other materials that need to be reduced in size. The Martinater 500 is equipped with swing hammers and has proved its capabilities in the market for years. The machine is also suitable for pumpkins, potatoes and various other co-products.

The Martinater 700 is a hammer mill solution for grinding co-products and is suitable for waste from supermarkets, restaurants/hotels, agricultural co-products, factory left overs and various other co-products that need to be reduced in size. The Martinater 700 is also equiped with swing hammers and wider than the Martinater 500.

Example high capacity project including fats and oil: the fats/yellow grease are collected in barrels. These fats still include fines from the cooking process. The clients wanted to clean liquid fats which could be sold. Mavitec Green Energy developed the fat melting bins. This system has a unique design because it was developed in cooperation with a client. The fat melting system consists of a stainless steel melting bin, a sediment conveyor for the solids, multiple drain points for the melted fats and oils, and a hydraulic moveable floor.
