No Stop Collars & Staggered Placement for Maximum Fluid Bypass. In close-tolerance wells or pressure-sensitive formations, the ability to space the blades along the length of the tubular, offset from each other, results in minimal restriction to annular space and maximum fluid bypass. This helps regulate EDC valves and lower swab & surge effect. The helical shape of each blade allows for 360° coverage of the pipe diameter.

THE Bonded Solid Body. MAXLOCK™ is a 2-part composite centralizer providing excellent economic value due to reduced material and faster installation. It provides the same advantages as the HELIX™ solution without the benefit of optimized fluid bypass provided by the offset blades.

Protect your DP and your casing from wear. The MAXDRILL™ F is a low friction, highly abrasion resistant, all composite drillpipe protector. The two parts are bonded in place, axially and radially, by injecting a modified structural epoxy system into a profiled cavity between part and drillpipe body, thereby eliminating the need for collars or screw mechanisms. Once installed, the tools rotate with the pipe and may act as an impeller as well as providing casing and drillpipe protection.

The drill pipe rotates within a composite bearing as the contact portion of tool maintains its position in the well bore.

Once installed, the tool rotates with the pipe. MAXCLAMP is non-corrosive, non-invasive, has high holding forces. MAXCLAMP aren’t impacted by non-ovality or pipe API tolerances. The system is field proven and shows excellent results.
