MBH grinder pump is a centrifugal pump equipped with a grinder system at the pump inlet, which cuts larger particles and fibres into a homogeneous wastewater mass. As a result, the risk of clogging of the pump and the pipe system is reduced to a minimum. More importantly, a grinder pump is ideal for pipe systems with smaller pipe diameters, where the flow is typically lower. This is relevant when pumping from remote areas, for example from Single Houses, Textile Mills, Restaurants or Cloud Kitchen, Hospitals, Hotels and Resorts.

Cutter pump`s activity is to decrease the span of solids. The Cutter pump`s impeller drives the turning cutting activity while the stationary component is mounted at the pumps suction side. The stationary Cutter has a ring with cutting teeth or scissor like sharp edges that shred materials entering the pump. The stationary cutter has a Tungsten carbide edges that shred materials entering the pump. Cutter pumps are commonly used to address choking pipes and easy transfer of waste water for further treatment.

MBH NS Series pumps take on the toughest applications and get the job done. Every component is designed and manufactured to deliver sustained high efficiency. Most solid objects entering the pump will pass through the impeller between the impeller vanes.

Available with motors from 7.5 kw to 90 kw , they are designed to withstand any major slurry applications across a very wide range of applications. In Ni-HARD series of pumps the wet end, indeed all wear parts, are made of Ni-HARD which provides complete wear protection.

Submersible Contractor Pump – CP Series, is a submersible high power, heavy-duty slurry pump incorporating an agitator to suspend solids enabling the pump to handle high concentration slurries. Being equipped with High – Chromium cast iron Wear plates, the pump delivers outstanding durability.

MBH Submersible Corrosion resistance pumps - DS Series, SSPS, DCSS, SSNSS are high power, heavy duty dewatering pumps incorporating Special material for Prolonged life of the pump for use in highly corrosive environment.

The MBH DC Series Dewatering pumps are robust, portable submersible pumps with a vertical discharge port. Available with motors from 0.8 to 90 kW, they are designed to handle dewatering at construction sites, at excavation sites, in building drainage and in similar applications where there is a need to pump raw water or/and at high pressure. DC Series main parts are made of aluminium and cast iron in order for them to be as light as possible. This factor, in combination with the compact design and the high-pressure capabilities, make DC Series pumps portable and easy to handle.

Tough pumps are ideal for applications in which the water or liquid contains high amounts of clay, stone chips, drilling fines etc, or to pump heavy sediment from tanks, sumps and containers. They are designed for typical dewatering applications where small particles may be present but limited to certain amount. This cast iron dewatering pump is designed for heavy-duty applications in which the liquids are corrosive, abrasive or contains salt water. This pump can be run vertically or horizontally.
