Electrodynamic Velocity Sensors

Model LVS-100 / LVS-200 - Electrodynamic Velocity Sensor

Electrodynamic velocity vibration sensor has been widely used in measuring the low frequency absolute vibration of machine bearing. In addition, the Electrodynamic velocity sensor can also be used for diagnostic purposes, providing solutions to problems that may develop on rotating machinery. Some of these problems include early shaft crack detection, shaft misalignment within the machine casing, rotor imbalance and abnormal bearing wear.

Digitial Reference Sensors

Eddy - Model DRS-020 - Current Digital Reference Sensor

DRS-020 Eddy current digital reference sensor is a self-contained, non-contact position sensor. Digital reference sensors provide 24V signal after each shaft revoluation when  a metallic target is detected. Generally, the target is glued on the shaft surface. Digitial reference sensors are generally used for the shaft rotation speed measurement and for vibration and airgap analysis.

PVS-113 and PVS-111 are piezoelectric sensors with integrated electronic providing velocity output. PVS-113 sensor is designed with a side exit output with M12 mating connector. On request, a version with integral cable is also available. PVS-111 sensor is designed with top exit output available with integral cable or M12 mating connector.
