McAree Engineering offer Ireland’s leading laser cutting service. We operate 3 Trumpf lasers with a maximum sheet size capability of 6m x 2m. We can laser cut up to 20mm mild steel plate and up to 12mm stainless steel. We also have a Rotolas which allows us to laser cut pipe up to 6mm thick and 200mm diameter.

We have a range of Trumpf CNC Press Brakes to fold component parts to strict tolerances.  Our longest folding length is 7m with a single 600 ton EHT press brake. Our Press Brakes are equipped with a wide range of tooling to suit most requirements.

Sometimes it’s better to punch than cut, our Trumpf 5000R Punch has a working range of 3m x 1.6m that’s fully automated and can process material up to 4mm (mild steel) and 3mm (stainless steel).

We have a team of 25 fabrication welders expert in TIG and MIG welding systems.  We have experience in working with mild, stainless and galvanized steel in both simple and complex fabrications. Our specialized fabrication facility has space and cranage capabilities of handling sheet fabrication up to 12m long and 10 ton on weight.

We have a dedicated Design Team who can take your concept and design it using Solidworks 3D modeling software and manage it through our factory to finished product.
