The I4C Crusher is the latest entry into McCloskey’s powerful impact crusher line. The I4C is in a class of its own, bringing the productivity of an 1125mm (44.3″) impactor to a compact footprint for maximum power and maneuverability. The J40 Jaw Crusher continues McCloskey’s focus on quality, durability, and productivity. With its heavy duty cheekplate design, 40″ wide jaw and user-friendly control panel with excellent machine diagnostics, the J40 jaw crusher provides contractors with a highly portable option while meeting all production expectations. At 2.5 metres wide, the J40 jaw crusher is ideal for applications that require a high degree of mobility.

The J45 and J45R high capacity jaw crushers feature a true 1140mm (45″) x 688mm (27″) jaw. With both level and load sensors the J45 ensures the most efficient material handling across applications. The J45 features a heavy duty bofar design and pan feeder chutes with steeper angles to reduce material sticking. Both the J45 and J45R boast a high capacity hopper with close to 6m³ (8 yd³) capacity. The main conveyor features easy access heavy duty skirting and are closer to the ground level for ease of access and maintenance.

The S80 screener  is designed for users who require less capacity than the S130 and S190 models offer, but are not willing to sacrifice the quality features found on the McCloskey S-Range of vibratory screeners. These features include a High Energy Screenbox, large hopper and large engine bay. The S80 can employ the steepest angle of any three- way-split screening plant currently available, ensuring best-in-class screening in materials like sand and peastone. Users with smaller floats or in areas with strict transport regulations will benefit from the smaller transport dimensions.

Flexible & productive, the S130 screener is available in dual power, double & triple deck models, and offers fast screen changes & optimal screen coverage. The McCloskey S130 High Energy Screener is used across a wide range of applications, including aggregate, coal, crusher circuits and wood chips. The dual power model boosts fuel efficiency, reducing costs, and is perfect where environmental, legislative, or noise constraints are present.

The McCloskey WS3250 is a light duty mobile stockpiling conveyor that has been designed for high capacity stockpiling operations. The WS3250 electric model is perfect where environmental, legislative, or noise constraints are considerations. The conveyor is perfect for both material stockpiling or material transfer between machines. Four of the units can be transported in a 40ft, high cube, open top container, which as a result substantially reduces transport costs. The wheeled stackers are also available in 65 ft (WS4065) and 80 ft (WS4080) conveyor length models for operations requiring higher production levels. Power can be diesel, electric or close-coupled.

The McCloskey TS4065 sets the standard for high capacity, high mobility stackers. Available in standard or Dual Power, the TS4065 comes with an impressive array of features, including a large hopper, full-length guarding, an easily accessible engine bay, an impact section under the feeder and an adjustable feed height.

The 512A Trommel provides McCloskey International’s customers with the functionality of our highly successful screener line-up with an extended conveyor. The 512 trommels are best suited for mid-size operations requiring portability and proven screening performance. Available in diesel and electric the 512A features a 5th wheel kingpin connection for towing stability when moving the trommel form site-to-site. The environmentally friendly electric model reduces costs, and is perfect where environmental, legislative, or noise constraints are present.

The SF50, available in standard or dual power formats, is McCloskey’s most compact, productive and mobile feeder stacker. Its 6m³ (8 yd³) hopper transfers material onto a 15.24m (50ft) conveyor, and allows operators to stockpile/transfer material without double handling of materials. The dual power SF50 boosts operational fuel efficiency, reducing costs, and along with full electric models are perfect where environmental, legislative, or noise constraints are a consideration. With a hydraulic folding head section and perfect size to fit a 40 ft cube container, transport and setup are fast and easy so you can get to work, wherever you are.

The UL4853 truck unloader brings power, portability and productivity to bulk material handling applications. The UL 4853 easily takes loads from a low base and conveys a large volume of material efficiently, eliminating double handling through direct unloading of trucks.  The wide, extended 48” x 53’ conveyor belt loads material onto a stock-pile, into a barge or rail carriage, or other auxiliary equipment, delivering up to 1500 US TPH. The truck unloader has the ability to handle a complete range of materials such as; coal, sand, gravel, grains, Ores (iron, copper, tin, bauxite, etc.), aggregates, woodchips, etc.
