McIntyre - Alligator Shear
An affordable efficient 407mm (16″) blade shear with enough power and speed to handle a wide variety of cutting tasks. Built originally for scrapyard use, the McIntyre 407 shear is robust enough to withstand the most difficult of working environments. It is now our most popular alligator shear with more than 2000 still in daily use worldwide. The McIntyre 407 is able to handle; automotive scrap, whole gear boxes, cylinder heads and blocks, oversized gate valves and of course all the usual non ferrous metal separations. The 407 can also be used to cut ferrous metals.

The 500 GT is designed for those needing just a bit more blade length without an equivalent increase in price. This machine is powerful enough to handle most non-ferrous cleaning and sizing operations, and can also be fitted with an optional bracket enabling it to double up as a catalytic converter shear.

The compact MG 150 cable granulation system is ideal for recycling copper cable, aluminium cable, radiators, electronic circuit boards and WEEE. The 150 processes up to 250kg an hour of cable and can be supplied with a conveyor, magnetic roller and a pre-shredder to further increase production.

The compact MG 220 VZT cable granulation system is a complete, patented system for the recycling of copper and aluminium cable, radiators, electronic scrap and WEEE. The 220 VZT is able to process between 500kg and 600kg of cable an hour and is one of a range of granulation systems to suit operations of all sizes. It has a unique ‘zig-zag’ turbo system which automatically separates thick and rigid wire from household and fine cables. This means that production is dramatically increased and separation is improved.

The McIntyre Euro-Strip 1000 is one of the smallest in the range and has been designed to process fine household and solid cable. It can handle cable between 1.5mm and 25mm in diameter and once set will easily and quickly process up to 15m of cable per minute depending on cable type.
