Water Valves

McLellan - Model 5S-300 - Spray Head Valve

A normally closed, end of line valve that will not lead with loss of control pressure. Featuring an adjustable opening, the 5S-300 allows control of the spray pattern and volume. A grooved inlet provides flexibility in mounting and positioning to achieve desired spray coverage.

McLellan - A Style Water Tank Truck

The A style tank features a 36" x 42" x 12" refilling lid. A style tanks feature extra baffles, 4 point leaf spring hold down kit, full length built-in fenders, 4” full size bolsters, front and rear. Standard tank sizes available: 2000, 2500, 3600, & 4000 gallons. Custom Built up to 6400 gallons.

The B style tank features a 26” round fill dome refilling lid. B style tanks feature half length fenders, 2/3 full weld, 1/3 skip welded baffles, 4 point vertical spring hold down kit, ¼” plate bolster, and outside welded heads, Standard tank sizes available: 2000, 2500, 3600, & 4000 gallons. Built up to 6400 gallons. 16GPI, 18 GPI,20 GPI and 22 GPI

McLellan - Mill Liner Handler

Reliable, durable, and dependable construction allows for reliable service during critical, costly downtime. McLellan Designed Mill Liner Handlers are designed to be user friendly. Our main frame welded tubular steel chassis has mounting provisions for the moving of horizontal beam rollers, transpiration controls, hold down clamps, four lift eyes for lifting the entire unit by overhead crane and the hydraulic power pack.

McLellan - Rod Charger

Reduce rod mill rod replacing time with an automated solution. Capable of laying or propelling rods into mills via an extendable boom, the McLellan rod charger reduces time and labor during critical relining & maintenance periods. The Rod Charger has been designed to be the backbone for the Periodic Maintenance of the Mill Rod Replenishment. Each unit is designed to place rods through minimal mill openings. McLellan offers a customizable solution to rod charging designed by out in house team of engineers. Options include independently driven wheels or rails, rod racks for increased rod capacity, retracting beams, etc.
