MCR Process & Technology products

After many year of process follow-up and troubleshooting in collaboration with wastewater treatment plant operators, MCR Process & Technology has developed new tools to assist operators in there daily tasks. The STIRO-SETTLOMETER is one of these tools, and was designed to meet a need for a more representative test, or measure, for evaluating sludge settleability in secondary clarifiers.

The Minimix is the smallest and lightest jar tester system available. With a footprint of only 16” x 4”, a height of 8”, the Minimix system can go anywhere with ease.

MCR offers a new line of jar test equipment with many useful features. In addition to functionality, convenience, and versatility, the CLM (Compact Laboratory Mixer) systems are specifically designed for small size, easy portability, simple operation, and reasonable cost. Two versions are available – the six-station CLM 6 and the lighter, smaller, more easily portable four-station CLM 4.
