Anchor Lamina has a number of modern flame-cutting systems with a maximum cutting depth of 300 mm and cutting angles of between 90° and 45°. A comprehensive stock of low carbon steel qualities, steel slabs and plates mean that flame-cut parts based on custom plans can be produced quickly.

Face milling creates the desired thickness and parallelism of the work pieces as the basis for further CNC machining. The process makes it possible to achieve high quality parallelism and flatness with a surface roughness less than Rz 6.3.

Our eighteen CNC-controlled machining centers with travel ranges of 6500 x 4200 x 1500 mm allow the complete mechanical production of work pieces up to a weight of 25.0 t. Besides frames in cast structural steel or aluminum, we also manufacture base, top and guide plates for cutting and forming dies, hydroforming tools, wet molding tools and nitrogen gas spring systems.

We specialize in the manufacture of blanking tools that are either cast or with a steel construction. We have many years of relevant experience in the design and implementation of tools for structural and outer body shell parts in steel and aluminum. These can be erected as single or multiple catching systems. They are designed in-house using Catia V5 or customer-specific software and are accompanied all the way through to the acceptance testing of the turnkey system. Various accessories and special forms of construction such as adjustable cutting, swing cutting, longitudinal coil separation and lateral separation round off the range. This category of products is complemented by accessories that we have developed in-house like blank conveyors, beading stampers, adapter plates with quick-clamping systems, and complete blank stacking systems.

This device for separating steel sheets longitudinally (coil strips) within a cutting press is used after the lateral separation of the coil with a slitter. It consists of a transportation path (conveyor unit), blank centering unit and longitudinal coil slitter.
