Our team of design engineers can take projects from design concept, through mechanical and civil design and production of calculations.  Together with full detailing, project management and site supervision. In conjunction with this we can offer full feasibility studies, project budget and fixed pricing to enable you to evaluate your project. Our on site supervision team offer services under CDM with us taking role of principal contractor or planning supervisor.

We offer dedicated and skilled teams of installation engineers, who will install equipment of our own design and manufacture, or alternatively can attend site to install steelwork and equipment manufactured by others. Our installation teams work under CDM regulations, with us offering to control projects as either principal contractor or planning supervisor.

We recognise that most process plants, quarries, batching plants and material process operations are operated on a tight budget for both staff and resources. As part of our continued commitment to industry, we have a dedicated team of highly skilled engineers who will attend site on a monthly or quarterly basis and carry out a full survey of your plants.

Labour Solutions was formed to work in tandem with Mechanical Solutions.  We are able to offer all aspects of industry nationwide, hand picked fully skilled and highly motivated personnel in the following areas: platers, welders, pipe fitters, mechanical fitters, steel erectors, cleaners, labourers, painters, project engineers, design engineers (AutoCAD).

All types and makes of Balers, Shears and Crushers can be fully refurbished, including re-lining, blade changes, seat replacement, bearing changes, rotor refurbishment etc.
