In many water laboratories our Universal Method Unit facilitates the complex process of analysing the basic parameters nitrate, nitrite, ammonia and ortho-phosphate. Installation of the Universal Method Unit on our FIAcomact device allows you to successively analyse all above mentioned parameters without a system modification. Method change is fast and easy requiring only switching the valves on the method unit and exchanging the reagents without any hardware changes. The combination of FIAcompact and the Universal Method Unit enables you to work efficiently for as little as 10 samples daily.

Our FIA system serves the purpose of automated photometric concentration analysis of ions in aqueous solutions, food extracts and soil eluates. Based on standardized determination methods, it was developed for use in laboratories of water and environmental analysis. Flow injection analysis technology enables accurate sample examination with short analysis and commissioning times. The flexible instrumentation of FIA Nexus and FIA Sampler allows customized system configurations for the respective analysis tasks. The compatibility of FIA Nexus with its predecessors FIA modula and FIA compact further guarantees the easy extension of existing systems.

Pyridine-free determination of total cyanide and weak-acid dissociable cyanide content. Determination according to flow analysis method DIN EN ISO 14403. Integrated UV and thermo digestion for selective liberation of cyanide from metal complexes. Elimination of matrix interferences by membrane transfer of hydrogen cyanide. Very high sensitivity through enrichment because of the membrane transfer with stationary acceptor.

FIA Nexus - The compact analyzer - flexibly applicable for all FIA methods. FIA Nexus combines proven technology with a new 5-cm-photometer and latest control electronics. The method units are easy and quick to change within a few minutes.

There are two versions of the FIA samplers. Both enable the automated feeding of the samples to the analysis device via the integrated peristaltic pump. They have a mixing position, so in combination with a diluter an automated sample dilution is possible.

With our TP/TN-Analyzer the total phosphorus or total nitrogen content of homogenised water samples can be measured without time-consuming sample preparation. The analysis method is based on DIN EN ISO.

The FIAcompact Cyanid-Analyzer determines cyanide in water, eluates and soil extracts acc. to DIN EN ISO 14403. All units required to set the cyanide selectively free from the different compounds are integrated (UV and / or thermal treatment for weak-acid dissociable and total cyanide). Interferences are largely removed by automated membrane transfer of the hydrogen cyanide generated. As the membrane transfer is performed with stopped acceptor liquid enrichment takes place which results in a very high sensitivity. Reagent consumption is minimized by the pump configuration and the detection is pyridine-free. 

The autosampler can be used in diverse analytical techniques (AAS, TOC, FIA etc.). Another field of application of the autosamplers is sampling and sample preparation. The autosamplers can be configured in a highly variable way and adjusted to most diverse applications. The design can be matched to the respective analyser the autosampler is coupled to.

The dilution station SamplePrep is used to carry out (pre)dilution of samples automatically in your daily routine.
