Megaunity - Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
Megaunity`s Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) operates on the principle of heating organic waste gases to temperatures exceeding 760°C, causing the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) within the waste gases to oxidize and decompose into carbon dioxide and water. The high-temperature gases produced during oxidation pass through specially designed ceramic heat storage units, which absorb and "store" this heat. This stored heat is then utilized to preheat incoming organic waste gases, achieving a remarkable heat recovery efficiency of up to 95%. This process significantly reduces the fuel consumption required to raise the waste gases` temperature. The ceramic heat storage units are divided into two or more chambers, each of which undergoes a cycle of heat storage, heat release, and purge, continuously repeating the process.

The Megaunity Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer (RCO) is an optimized structural design based on the foundation of the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) with the inclusion of a catalyst. It utilizes the catalyst to lower the activation energy of VOCs" oxidation reactions, allowing VOCs to be oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water within an environment of 250-350°C. This equipment boasts high thermal recovery efficiency and treatment efficiency. Additionally, it has been modularly designed to meet various operational requirements.

The Megaunity catalytic oxidation furnace (CO) employs catalytic oxidation technology to facilitate flameless combustion of organic waste gases at lower ignition temperatures (250-350*0), resulting in the decomposition of organic substances into harmless C02 and H20. It is an organically developed waste gas treatment device equipped with efficient catalysts and advanced heat exchange systems. This device boasts high processing efficiency, a small modular footprint, stable operation, low operational expenses, and enhanced safety features. It is capable of treating medium to low concentrations of VOCs materials and can be combined with other waste gas treatment processes for enhanced efficacy.
