Financial Flexibility Plans offer different options to purchase the range of our complete systems. The packages we offer include: Lease Purchase Agreement (LPA) – Monthly installments are paid across an agreed-upon length of time, by the end the buyer owns the system purchased. Hire – Similar to the LPA, monthly installments are paid across an agreed-upon period of time. The buyer can also extend the HPA by the end of the initial agreement.

Purifying effluent for reuse or release is possible irrespective of the contaminants. We can take effluent from industrial processes, recover precious materials, and extract water for purification. The recovered water is typically purified with reverse osmosis to remove chemical and biological contamination. Sludges are treated with digestion techniques to reduce the amount of organic matter in the solids.

Grey water can be saturated in chemicals, detergents, oils, fats and organic material. It can be treated and recycled with a Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR), a chemical-free machine that combines biofiltration with carbon filters to remove organic and inorganic contaminants. MBRs can treat high-loaded grey water on an industrial scale, yielding high-quality purified water suitable for use in industrial processes.

Sewage is primarily treated in holding tanks where solids settle at the bottom and fats and oils collect at the top. Biodegradation with aeration and added bacteria helps eliminate organic matter from the sewage. Water is then extracted from the sewage and treated with reverse osmosis and Ultrafiltration. Membracon assists with designing complete sewage treatment systems for primary, secondary and tertiary stages.

When you purchase a new water treatment system, or equipment for that system, we understand that you are looking for the best options to suit your needs. Maintaining this high standard requires ongoing performance monitoring to keep your system operating as if it were brand new even years after installation. Membracon’s performance surveys allow you to track your systems and ensure that they are operating to their fullest capability. We can also monitor product updates and advise on more cost-effective solutions that would be more suitable for you as they become available.

Upgrades/ Modernisation/ Optimisation: Following a performance survey carried out by one of Membracon’s Engineers, we can provide advice on potential upgrades or additional features that could be added to maximise the productivity and economics of your process filtration equipment.
