Technology
Memsys - Membrane Distillation Technology
The memsys technology is based on vacuum multi effect membrane distillation, which is a highly efficient thermal process for thermal separations in a modular concept. These memsys modules consist of flat sheet membranes combined with an innovative plate and frame design made of Polypropylene. The patented construction allows to form all functionalities for the process and therefore transforms traditional heavy industry engineering into a unique monolithic industrial design.
Memsys - Disk Tubular (DT) Membrane Technology
Disk tubular (DT) is a patented membrane technology commonly with three types: DTRO (DT Reverse Osmosis), DTNF (DT Nanofiltration) and DTUF (DT Ultrafiltration). DT membrane modules are specially designed for high concentration wastewater treatment (such as landfill leachate) with excellent stability and high performance. The permeate water from DT modules can easily fulfill the stringent discharge requirement. Our DT product have been widely and successfully applied to the wastewater treatment industries globally.
Memsys - Model DTL - Large Channel Spiral-Wound Membrane Technology
DTL is a new generation spiral-wound membrane module with better anti-fouling performance, which is developed for large scale and high salinity wastewater treatment. The flow channels in DTL membrane module are designed with unique spacer structure to reach optimal flow distribution and improve permeability.
