Town development provokes an increase in the number of used-water treatment sites. In turn, these factories generate silt which must be treated. Therefore, MENART develops and equips silt treatment purification stations with: Corridor turners for silt drying. Sludges mixers with green waste coupled to a sieve. Green waste shredders. Jigger-mixers. Once treated, these sludges can be spread to enhance farming.

Green waste is organic waste collected after cleaning open green spaces, recreational zones, private gardens, greenhouses, sports fields, roads. Open-air burning, public rubbish/trash collection or incineration have numerous negative impacts and are often banned. Composting is therefore the most adapted treatment solution for green waste.
