Connects to 4" - 5" - 6" or 8" Galvanized Well Casing. Constant pressure controls can be mounted at the well. 12" pipe in galvanized at top of well contains everything. Expansion tank included inside H2O control pitless units. Internal manifold of unit has pull strap for easy removal to service well. Internal manifold of unit has tappings for expansion tank, pressure transducer, pressure relief valve and pressure gauge. No lead brass waterways, pitless adapter and internal manifold. Universal aluminum VFD mounting plate attached to top lid of watertight cap. Approved by Wisconsin DNR and several other states (code approved).

Merrill Brass Pitless Adapters have passed CERTIFIED WATERTIGHT STANDARDS PAS-1 established and regulated for the industry by the Pitless Adapter Division of Water Systems Council.

PVC Tank Valves with stainless steel bolts, pins and float rods.  The float balls are a polyethylene material. Valves are available in 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" NPT & 2" NPT sizes with flow rates up to 92 gpm at 50 psi. Used for livestock tank fill valves and cooling tower fill valves as well as many other applications where automatic tank filling is required.

Merrill-Float is available in the following diameter sizes: 12", 16", 20", 24", 30", and 36".
