When you are faced with controlling large volumes of water, consider Mersino`s extensive deep well dewatering experience. Our large, rotary bucket drill rigs combine with our line of electric submersible pumps to provide you with solutions that push water up from the bottom of the well and through a discharge piping system. In addition, we can supply generators to power your pumps and jobsite when power is unavailable.

Under many conditions, wellpoint systems provide the most effective and economical dewatering option. Mersino has decades of experience partnering with contractors and sub-contractors to provide wellpoint installation services.

For quick and effective dewatering to depths of up to 20 feet, Mersino can design and install your complete horizontal dewatering or trenched tile dewatering system with minimal jobsite disruption in a space virtually within the width of the trenching unit.

Mersino`s eductor dewatering systems are well-suited for deep excavations (greater than 20 ft.) with soils that have low permeability.

If you are working in an area with high water tables and trying to contain or cut-off groundwater near landfills, tunnels, open cut excavations, or to lay foundations, our slurry cut-off walls may be what you need. Our trenchers and slurry pumps combine to install impermeable underground cut-off walls with depths to 30 ft. Dehydrated bentonite clay powder is combined with water utilizing a hopper, jet pump, venturi, and a mixing tank or pond on site. Upon reaching the appropriate hydrated levels, confirmed by viscosity tests using a Marsh funnel, the bentonite slurry is ready to be added to the cut-off wall.
