Basic and simplest dust extraction system used by MetalERG. This is the so-called. The sedimentation chamber, designed to remove the largest fraction of dust in the exhaust gas. It operates on a cyclone basis (centrifugal force), which causes larger solids in the exhaust gas to separate and fall into the ash container and the dedusting exhausts are directed to the chimney. The used steering wheel force the correct flow at the highest possible speed to achieve maximum centrifugal force. The efficiency of this device is about 40% in terms of the largest dust fraction.

Electrostatic precipitator: an electrostatic precipitator – it is a kind of dust collector in which the removal of dust from the exhaust is achieved by the use of electrostatic force acting on particles of this dust. Typically, a voltage of 30-80kV is used, which is very effective (at 99%) for aerosol dust.

Extended – much more advanced version of the settling chamber. The system works just like the settling chamber: by the use of centrifugal force. The device consists of a set (of batteries) of small chambers where flowing gases reach high peripheral speeds. Because the dimensions of individual “cyclones” are small, the system creates several or more dozen “cyclones”. This design allows for much higher efficiency (up to 70%) and much wider range of PM10 and PM 2.5. Such a design makes only clean (dusted) exhausts are sucked through the chimney and the dust descends into the dust chamber. The studies show a decrease in dust content from about 450mg / m3 to about 150mg / m3.
