Metal Expansion Joint
Metraflex - Metragator Metal Expansion Joint
The Metragator is an externally pressurized expansion joint that has several advantages over other bellows joints. Since the pressure is on the outside of the bellows, more corrugations can be added to the design resulting in a joint capable of more movement. The design also features pipe that acts as a liner and a casing that acts as a cover to protect the bellows from damage. The joint also features an internal guide making this a stable, rugged joint.

Vane Flex - Flexible Pump Connector

The HP2 is an externally pressurized expansion compensator that has several advantages over other in-line bellows joints. Since the pressure is on the outside of the bellows, more corrugations can be added to the design resulting in a joint capable of more movement. The design features pipe that acts as a liner and a casing that acts as a cover to protect the bellows from damage. An internal guide makes this a stable, rugged joint. All in-line bellows expansion joints develop anchor loads and require guiding. Refer to the Expansion Joint Design Guide or consult Metraflex or your local representative for more information.
Wall Penetration Seals
MetraSeal - Wall Penetration Seals
Pipe penetration seal is a reusable, permanent, water-tight rubber seal. The MetraSeal Pipe Wall Penetration Seal quickly creates a mechanical water-tight seal, filling the space around any round pipe including: concrete, steel, plastic, cast iron, copper, and electrical conduit to name a few. The modular seal design creates a permanent hydrostatic seal rated at 20 psig (40 feet of head), sealing out ground water while absorbing noise and dampening vibration.

Metrasphere - Rubber Expansion Joint
The Metrasphere and Metrasphere family of joints are our most popular rubber joints. The reason for this is that the Metrasphere offers a lot of value in a small package. The Metrasphere is most commonly used as a pump or equipment connector. It can also be used as an expansion joint if EJMA guidelines are followed. Control rods are optional but recommended.
Flexible Metal Hose
Metraflex - Model SST - Flexible Metal Hose
The SST is an off the shelf model with corrugated stainless-steel hose and braid, carbon steel male pipe thread ends, and all welded construction. This is a flex connector that can be used anywhere additional flexibility is needed. Available in both import and domestic models. Pipe Guides and Anchors
Metraflex - Style IV Spider Type Pipe Guide
The Metraflex Style IV pipe guide provides lateral restraint of a piping system, allowing the pipe designer to control pipe movement and prevent bowing or buckling of the piping system. This style of pipe guide does not take the place of pipe supports, which are still required. For applications using thrust producing expansion joints we recommend that EJMA (Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association) guidelines are followed for guide spacing. Consult Metraflex for guidelines for curved pipe and for riser design.
Metraflex - Riser Anchor Clamp
The Riser Clamp can be configured as either a riser clamp or anchor. It is easy to install and has a very small footprint. If one RAC is installed on the pipe at the floor penetration, it will function as riser clamp replacing the unreliable traditional riser clamp. If another set is installed on the other side of the floor the pipe will be locked in place, creating an anchor.
