Only at MST can you get this world-renowned UV coating that meets ASTM/ASME A/SA 106 requirements and offers superior surface protection.

Our dedicated technical services team always goes the extra mile to work with you to identify the steel grade that will work best for your specific application. We start with a thorough assessment of your specifications to determine the appropriate steel bar to fulfill your order. Then, we work closely with our qualified steel bar manufacturers to help find the exact chemistry your application needs.

Every pipe and tube shipped from MST is Eddy Current tested to ensure it’s the high-quality product we promise. Tried, true and reliable, Eddy Current testing has been performed since World War II, and it’s still the gold standard. This nondestructive technique deftly detects imperfections using electromagnetic induction and tests for cracking, corrosion, pitting and thinning.

Heat treating is serious business. So serious, we designed and built our own custom heat treat line. We put our steel through extreme heat and then rapidly cool it so the mechanical properties of our steel pipe products will meet your exact specifications. This process allows us to stabilize the structure of our steel pipe and ensure that all residual stress is eliminated.
