Dissolved Ozone Flotation System - DOF
DOF is a single process that combines M-DAF and ozone. M-DAF removes SS, turbidity, algae, oil, surfactants, and T-P, and ozone removes TOC, BOD, COD, color, odor, taste, and disinfection by-products, agents including virus and bacteria. Removal of suspended matter, total phosphorus, and algae by flotation method by micro ozone bubbles
Michigan Dissolved Air Flotation
DAF uses dissolved air for producing micro and/or nano bubbles. Air and water are compressed into a confined container at the same time, of which name is ADT, Air Dissolving Tank, or Air saturator in 4~6Kg/cm2. Generated micro bubbles separate SS, oil, surfactants, flocs, and algae from water by flotation.
Pressurized Ozone Oxidation Process
Raw wastewater is contacted in a pressurized reactor in high ozone concentration condition Applying ozone concentration range is up to about several hundred mg/l. Target materials to remove are generally color, TOC, COD, and non-biodegradable organics. Raw wastewater normally does not contain suspended solids.
Electrochemical Oxidation
Complex reactions of electrochemical redox reaction, electrochemical coagulation and flocculation, and electro flotation are involved in ECO process
Oil Separator
Providing various types of oil separating system depending on concentration of oil in wastewater.
