IR Emitter

Micro-Hybrid - Model JSIR 350-4 Quad - Premium IR Emitter

Premium IR emitter with 4 chips on TO8 header for measuring gases in very low concentrations or gases with low absorption characteristics. The version in the standard TO8 housing with a reflector without a window is also suitable for long measuring distances from 30 cm. Worldwide unique, this MEMS-based counterpart to the filament emitter has a significantly higher lifetime and less drift.

Thermopile IR Detectors

Micro-Hybrid - Model MTS4SENS44 TEST - 4 Channel IR Thermopile Detector for Test Measurements

The MTS4SENS44 TEST is your solution for various test applications. It offers narrowband optical filters and allows the following gases to be tested: water vapor (H2O) (CWL: 6580 ± 40, HBW: 200 ± 35 nm), carbon dioxide (CO2) (CWL: 4265 ± 25, HBW: 120 ± 10 nm) and alcoholic compounds (CWL: 9663 ± 80, HBW: 240 ± 40 nm). The precise measurement results are backed up by the reference channel (CWL: 3910 ± 28, HBW: 70 ± 10 nm). The IR thermopile performs well in test setups and teaching at ambient temperatures ranging from -20 to 85 °C.

Pyroelectric IR Detectors and Sensors

Micro-Hybrid - MPS Pyroelectric Detectors

MPS pyroelectric detectors in standard TO packages are suitable for industrial and medical applications of infrared gas analysis (NDIR). Micro-Hybrid offers 2 and 4 channel detectors in standard TO39 packages. The variants have different filters with optimized absorption in the wavelength range of 4...6µm and are therefore ideal for the measurement of hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2).  Our pyroelectric thin film sensor is the basis of outstanding performance features such as high detectivity and modulation frequencies.

Gas Sensors

Micro-Hybrid MicroSENS - CO2 Gas Sensors for Diffusion-based Gas Measurement

The gas sensor measures and monitors the concentration of carbon dioxide in medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnical incubators to ideally control cell and tissue growth. The CO2 sensor impresses with low drift, high accuracy and long-term stable performance in daily use. It is suitable for absorption distances up to 50 mm. The sensor head is placed directly in the atmosphere to be measured. The probe can be heat sterilized at up to 190 °C. This makes cleaning easy and safe with a lower risk of cross-contamination. The integrated compensation of temperature and pressure fluctuations leads to an easy integration of the gas sensor into the measurement system and prevents handling errors.
