In the incredibly compact and carefully curved KUBE body, the Micronfilter designers have cleverly inserted 4 stages of filtration with progressive efficiency. The backwardly curved impeller blades, specifically designed to generate a powerful coalescent effect, but primarily conceived for avoiding, along all the mist collector life, any phenomenon of imbalance and subsequent vibration, silently conveys the air flow inside to the mist collector. In the next step, the air speed undergoes a marked slowdown and passes through a drop separator labyrinth pre-filter. The following steps consist in collection and removal of mists and residual micro-mists. The coalescing band is able to capture and re-aggregate the smallest oil mistdroplets and micro-mists, making them sensitive to the gravity action. The cartridge provides a large accumulation of the micro-pollutants, ensuring very long intervals between maintenances, thus less filter replacements.

The MICROIL series of turbine style mist collectors have been designed for use on all machine tools using water based or whole oil based coolants. The range consists of two models fitted with different turbine blades and motors to provide a good overall choice (up to 7 different combinations) of evacuation capacity from 600 to 3000 m3/h (353 to 1765 scfm).

The electrostatic filters ELEKTRA series are equipped with strong industrial electrostatic cells and fans which provide power with silence. They are suitable for use on all types of machine tools using whole oil and generating NOT HEAVY SMOKES. The range is composed by four different models having a throughput from 400 and 1600 m3/h. All filters are equipped with a power circuit which is protected from short circuits and any discharges between electrodes. Every filter is provided with ON/OFF switch, power light, high tension light, obstruction cell warning light and security micro-switch. The product is specifically addressed to any application where light quantity of smokes are produced.

The SHARP dust collector was designed to be used for all dry grinding processes, tool sharpening processes and where there is the possibility to convey incandescent particles by the air flow, which might damage the filters.The special high-permeability polyester needle felt of the filtering pockets ensures longer life and better filtration effectiveness (up to 99%-F9 classification).
