MHI`s extensive line of bottom-loading furnaces have the highest uniformity and energy efficiency ratings in their class. MHI`s single and multi-zone tube furnaces are available in temperatures up to 1760°C. Standard dimensions for the heated area are 2.5` x 12`. Single zone furnaces are highly uniform.  A typical configuration is shown on the right with multiple gas inlets.  For the user this is enabled with the purchase of end-caps or quick-disconnects and creating their own inlets (type and number).  We make it easy.  Everything is listed in the quote for choosing.

The Airtorch™ is a highly scalable electric process air heater typically utilized as shown in the Airtorch Infographic (or click on any picture on the right side bar). The typical Airtorch model output is up to 1200°C (~2150°F). They offer high flexibility and greater control of your process heaters - room temperature is assumed as 25°C for standard input - HI models allow even a 600°C input .
