The XGS is an air operated or hydraulically operated system suited for mid-range to heavy duty vehicle lubrication .

The AC1 and AC2 pump is electronically powered from the vehicle ignition system, delivering metered quantities of lubricant to chassis lubrication points through calibrated pumping units and 5/32" high density nylon tubing. Each lube point will receive a small shot of grease every 12 minutes. The time cycle for lubrication can be  reset from an internal circuit board located under the lid on the unit.

Interlube HDI is designed to provide grease to single line progressive distribution systems. Grease is delivered in predetermined ratios from distribution blocks, sizes .07cc, .10cc, .15cc, .22cc, .30cc, .40cc, .50cc.
