The lubricated rotary vane pumps EVISA are designed to be used in a wide range of industrial applications (metallurgy, environment, glass, packaging, food processing, composites…). They can run continuously from atmospheric pressure to ultimate vacuum with high water vapor pumping capacity thanks to many accessories. They are very silent and extremely robust. The lubricated rotary vane pumps ROTOMIL’S are single stage pumps with an end vacuum of 2 mbar and stable pumping speed. They are compact and the sound level is optimized for easy integration in machines with their standard built-in oil mist filter.

The oil less claw vacuum pumps SIRELLA are oil-free compression pumps, that achieve a continuous vacuum of 50 mbar and provide air cooled. Its low maintenance and its absence of wear parts guarantee a low cost of performance.

The oil less rotary vane vacuum pumps ARICA are compact oil-free single-stage pumps. They can run continuously from atmospheric pressure to ultimate vacuum. Compactness and noise level optimized, they integrate easily your applications with low operating and maintenance cost.

The oil less piston vacuum pumps PS are oil-free single stage pumps suitable for many kinds of applications in dry and wet environments. They are recommended for applications where noise level is a priority.

HOSPITAIR SCROLAIR 1 and 2 medicinal air plants can be equipped with up to two oilless scroll compressors. The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. The control of the system is done by electronic control board. These systems fit to the ISO 7396-1 standard.

The HOSPITAIR SCOLAIR PACK medicinal air plans are equipped with two or three production sources. The oilless spiral compression heads are fixed on a sliding support to facilitate maintenance access. The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. The control of the system is done by electronic control board. These systems fit to the ISO 7396-1 standard.

The PRO2XY 5 and 12 bar oxygen generators deliver oxygen continuously or on demand with a purity of up to 95% at a flow rate of 4 to 35 Nm3/h. These generators guarantee a constant production rate and a constant oxygen rate, whatever the consumption. The measurement of oxygen is done by paramagnetic sensor thermostatic with barometric compensator. Monitoring modules can be optionally combined to monitor the CO / CO2 infrared, the hygrometry of the O2, the ambient O2 as well as the energy consumption.

The HOSPITAIR PACK S 11 bar and HOSPITAIR PACK G S 11 bar air units are equipped with a lubricated screw compressor to supply the oxygen generators. They are assembled with adsorption dryers and air treatment lines.

The VPSA Pro2Xy VAC 5 and 12 bar oxygen generators deliver oxygen on demand with up to 95% purity. VPSA technology is applied by MIL’S to concentrate the oxygen present in ambiant air. This allows the production of dry oxygen from 80% to 95% continuous concentration, the remainder of the product obtained being composed mainly of argon and nitrogen. These generators fit to the ISO 7396-1 standard, EN 62304, the European pharmacopoeia OXYGEN 93 and the NF S95-175.
