The screw conveyor for grapes is totally made from thick stainless sheet steel and its stainless tubular steel supporting structure makes the hopper very strong during the grape unloading phase. It is built according to cellar requirements and can feature either a single or a double screw and a lateral or rear drain. The basic characteristic of all the machines is that their screw has no intermediate support in order not to obstruct the movement of the grapes and avoid pressed grapes piling-up.

Heatable self-discharging horizontal macerator designed to heat contents to 100°C thanks to two interior electrical heating elements. The high-performance shell insulation minimizes heat loss. The solid and liquid products are loaded through a hatch at the top. The automatic rotation of the cylindrical tank around its axis enables the interior scroll to mix the contents, speeding up the diffusion processes between the solid and liquid portions. When the maceration process is completed, the liquid content is drained off through a ball valve while the solid matter is discharged automatically by making the tank rotate with the hatch open.

Elevator/Conveyor belt custom-designed and custom built from a superior shaped structure. It is made from Aisi 304 stainless steel sheet with side slits allowing for internal washing between the belts. The inner side of the belt rests on a shaped surface, making it easier for it to move along. The drive roller is covered in rubber allowing for better traction on the belt. An easy-to-wash tray is positioned below the structure to collect the liquid produced. Scrapers clean the inside of the belt. Top brand drive unit.
