Minden systems are reliable and require minimal maintenance. Each component part is designed and chosen for its durability. Pipework is powder-coated 100% steel to ensure long-lasting friction-free extraction. Filters are Teflon coated and feature a twin-gauge monitoring system. Our dust extraction units include key feature components to monitor use and minimise maintenance. Automatic compressed air cleaning maintains consistent performance and an hour run meter helps you to monitor use of the machine so you know when your filters should be checked or when your service is due.

Regular servicing of your dust extraction system is essential. Although all Minden systems are designed to require minimal servicing and maintenance, to ensure that you are compliant with current legislation for LEV testing, servicing should be carried out every 14 months. Regular servicing ensures that your system runs smoothly and efficiently. Our experienced engineers can identify any issues with the system, discuss any changes to your requirements and also offer advice on any improvements that can be made.
