Mirage - Automatic Cleaning In Place (CIP) System

The CIP (cleaning in place) equipment is used to clean in the process of filling . This is required for  milk products, juices, and carbonated beverages, A centrifugal pump is used in CIP to convey cleaning liquid into the circulation system of the equipment  By this we can maintain the the performance of the equipment in a safe and sanitary standard.

Mirage - Model DP Series - Bottle Inverse Sterilize Machine

It is mainly used in sterilizing PET bottle mouth and inside surface of caps that haven’t been disinfected thermally such as tea or fruit juice that has been filled in PET bottle. It mainly consists of chief conveying chain system, support, bottle reversing chain system, bottle reversing guiding rod, and bottle re-positioning rod.  It’s inner thermal medium is used to disinfect bottle mouths and caps without any other heat source so it can save energy. The machine is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel, making operation more convenient.

Mirage - Fully Automatic Machine

This is a fully automatic machine is integrated with automatic conveying, feeding, sealing, cutting and shrinking. First product is encased with PE shrink film, then completes its shrink packaging. We can design it as a “straight-line” or “on the  90° rotational drive production line. this is according to the requirements of customer. After packaging, the products are neat, compact, and good for long transport.

Mirage - Model BGF 18186 - Automatic Rinser Filler Capper (RFC)

This series of products applies for national “secondary vacuum and high pressures shock bubble” technique to minimize the oxygen content of the beer, greatly enhancing the taste of the beer.  Precise pressure control and automatic detection of glass bottles will guarantee the quality of beer, and other beverages to be filled. The equipment is an aseptic filling machine with German technology, combined with the characteristics of beer production industry design and development. This machine has excellent performance, perfect washing, filling, capping, sterilization and other functions that help it achieve sterile beer poured in a sterile environment. The different options on equipment  produces from 2,000 to 20,000  bottles per hour.
