Mineral Processing
MIS Industry - Shaking Tables
MIS Shaking tables are primarily produced for the concentration of various minerals such as iron, tungsten, chromium, copper, gold, mercury, silver and lead. Other areas of use include recycling of clinker, gravel and waste, clay treatment and waste removal from glass sand.
MIS Industry - Ball Mills for Etibank Silver Plants
Our company have manufactured rod and ball mills for Etibank Silver plants and Chrome concentration plants. Rod and ball mills are supplied with power and automation elements, covered with rubber inside. If the type of material to be grinded, the size of the inlet and outlet grain and the required capacity are specified, our company gives the price by choosing the mill type.
Pelletizing Systems
MIS Industry - Pellet Press
Extrusion agglomeration using a flat (chopper) disc is proven to be an economical method, even for the hardest wood chips. The final product is called a pellet. Grinder rollers and perforated chopper are important elements in pelletizing process. Compression occurs in cylindrical holes on the disc (see figure 1).
Water and Wastewater Treatment
MIS Industry - Reverse Osmosis System
Cold Water Line Valve: Valve that fits onto the cold water supply line. The valve has a tube that attaches to the inlet side of the RO pre filter. This is the water source for the RO system. Pre-Filter(s): Water from the cold water supply line enters the Reverse Osmosis Pre Filter first. There may be more than one pre-filter used in a Reverse Osmosis system, the most common being sediment and carbon filters. These pre-filters are used to PROTECT the RO membranes by removing sand silt, dirt, and other sediment that could clog the system. Additionally, carbon filters may be used to remove chlorine, which can damage the RO membranes.
Odor Control Systems
MIS Industry - Odor Control Biofiltration System
In a biofilter the to-be-cleaned gas stream is passed upwards through a filter bed, which has been constructed of biological material, for example, compost, tree bark or peat. The filter material carries a thin film of water which is home to micro-organisms. The pollutants in the gas stream are retained in the filter material via adsorption and absorption, and are then decomposed by the present micro-organisms. The filter material serves as a supplier of necessary nutrients. The degradation products for conversion are carbon dioxide, sulphate, nitrate etc.
MIS Industry - Granulated Activated Carbon Odor Control
Granular activated carbon is defined as the activated carbon being retained on a 50-mesh sieve. MIS produces GACs with a variety of materials, methods and degrees of activation to produce activated carbons designed to meet and exceed the demands of a wide array of applications.
Waste and Wastewater Recovery
MIS Industry - Mixer and Pump Cleaning Water and Waste Recovery System
Our company started with mineral processing facilities and continued to manufacture water and wastewater treatment facilities, concrete plant pumps and mixers. It has also applied waste and wastewater recovery units to all these facilities. Mis, with all this experience, have created a system that recycles aggregate, cement mixture in wastewater and wastewater from the washing of concrete mixers and pumps, thus forming a compact unit running through utility water, piping between the tank and the central hydrofoil and bringing electricity to their panels.
