The KAJMAN AUTOMATIC machine can be utilised both for pressing and cutting waste materials, especially scrap metal, but also furniture, tyres, large wood and plastic parts, etc. The open continuous system of pressing and cutting is characterised by small dimensions of the machine, its high level of performance and processing quality for pressing and cutting materials in two directions. It is also suitable to equip the machine with a crane with a rotator and a grab that can be used for handling both the raw material on the input and the processed material on the output. The functioning of the machine is therefore not dependent on handling equipment and constitutes a complete automated line. The machine can be equipped with an internal combustion engine, oil heating, operator cab, automated lubrication system or can be otherwise modified in accordance with the customer’s requirements.

The Alligator Shears KAJMAN 300L and 450L use the patent protected machine design. These models are of their light execution. They can be applied namely for cutting of non-ferrous metals, as e.g. aluminium, copper, zinc, but even electric cables, plastic materials etc. For a ferrous waste cutting this machines are recommended for smaller firms only, with regard to their lower cutting force.

Alligator shears KAJMAN 200 are designed with respect to simplicity, performance, quality and reliability. This machine is mainly used for processing cables and non-ferrous metals.

The Alligator Shears KAJMAN 400 and 600L use the patent protected machine design. They can be used, first of all, for a very productive cutting of non-ferrous metals, plastic materials and ferrous wastes, as well. The Alligator Shears KAJMAN 600 are the mostly used size of the alligator shears.

The Alligator Shears KAJMAN 800 and 1000L use the patent protected machine design. They can be used, first of all, for a very productive cutting of ferrous scraps of larger dimensions.

Rail breaker is used for cutting rails. The rails must have sufficient fragility. The breaking functions as well as feeding of material are automatic.

Tyre debeader is used for pulling out beads from car and truck tyres.
