M.M. fibreglass gratings are manufactured according to the injection moulding technology and are produced in a wide variety of sizes in order to provide the ideal solution to the various installation problems. They consist of monolithic panels that are very simple and quick to install.

Pultruded profiles are manufactured according to the so-called pultrusion technology, using bars of 6 meters in length and standard colours such as bright yellow or grey, but they can be made to order in other colours. Isophthalic bisphenolic, vinylester or other resins, also flame retardant resins, can be used for the profiles. Each type of pultruded profile has a specific use. They can be divided into: profiles for structures, parapets, other uses and self-anchoring profiles.

M.M provides handrail systems built with pultruded profiles in isophthalic polyester resin and fiberglass. The parapets, supplied with vertical or horizontal fixing, are designed and manufactured to ensure maximum safety in accordance with ISO 14122-3.

M.M. manufactures walkways with isophthalic polyester resin pultruded profiles and FRP gratings to be used as working platforms, machine connecting gangways, raised connecting passages and ramps. Walkways are designed and built to ensure maximum safety in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14122 2-3. All structures are supplied pre-assembled.

Stairways by M.M. s.r.l. are made with profiles and gratings in isophthalic resin and fibreglass. Stairways are designed and built in accordance with ISO 14122-3.

M.M. s.r.l manufactures fixed ladders – or vertical ladders - according to the UNI EN ISO 14122-4 standard. They are tested according to the EN 131 standard. M.M. also provides CE-marked ladders according to the UNI EN 14396 standard, which are designed and built for manholes. M.M. obtained the ACS certification (ACS - Attestation de Conformité sanitaire), a French official certification issued by the French General Directorate of Health, attesting the conformity of M.M. ladders for use within aqueducts, in direct contact with drinking water. FRP fixed ladders are built and preassembled in the factory. Wall mounting is performed by means of stainless steel or FRP brackets.

FRP gates complement the range of products that M.M. has dedicated to fences.

FRP threaded rods are manufactured using epoxy resins (or upon request, using other types of resin). You can use non-magnetic and insulating tie rods without losing the fixing guarantee. The intrinsic qualities of the material give FRP fasteners a high axial strength, along with good cut resistance. Thanks to the use of MM fasteners in FRP, there are no problems with insulation and ground connections are therefore no longer necessary. Threaded tie rods are supplied in bars with threads of various sizes. FRP fasteners assure total safety against corrosion. They are available for outdoor applications especially for works in the presence of water and therefore subject to condensation in various fields such as civil and industrial construction, infrastructures, engineering and structural steelwork. They can be supplied in lengths up to 2,200 mm.
