Thanks to more than 40 years of experience in the development and manufacture of mobile weighing systems of MOBA equips industrial, logistics and waste management companies with even more flexibility. With the CANopen bus solution as communications interface individual components cannot only be straightforwardly exchanged but the entire system can be converted and upgraded in a short period of time. This modular design makes the scale compatible with any vehicle and a great variety of applications, wether as a truck body scale, front loader scale, rear loader scale or cran hook scale.

MOBA AG has been developing and manufacturing mobile weighing technology since the 1970s. With the MOBA wheel loader weighing systems HLC-1000 and HLC-2000, every weighing task is accomplished in the shortest possible period of time. Determine the exact weight of a load quickly and reliably during the loading process. Thanks to the dynamic weighing process you know immediately how much has been loaded – without any additional effort. The omission of a stationary weighing system saves time and optimises your work processes.

The  fill level sensor (FLS) complements the integrated MOBA solution for efficient and resource-saving fleet management in waste management. Any container with any content can be equipped with the mobile ultrasonic sensor in the shortest period of time. Thanks to real-time data transmission, all information on fill level and container status is immediately available in the office, where it is stored and processed with the MAWIS U2 software.

The reliable, fully automated bin identification system MAWIS has proven itself in more than 20 years of Europe-wide use. The quick, simple identification and weighing of all types of waste  containers optimizes the waste collection and offers significant advantages for both municipalities and disposal companies. By this means, fees can be charged for illigally provided bins and at the same time costs can be saved through a demand-driven provision of bins. The increased transparency of the disposal process saves considerable time since it enables an efficient route optimization of the vehicles and an effective complaint management.

Our automated commercial garbage collection solution enables on-board computer-aided order processing on the vehicles and thus a closed electronic process chain with semi-automatic and error-free data collection. With this CIAS makes your business processes transparent, optimizes your processes and thus increases the profitability of your services. The high transparency also improves the relationship with the customer.

To protect the fee justice in residential complexes, waste-locks are equipped with RFID readers, the GWA-system, which require a user identification prior to the insertation of waste. For a central overview of the generation of waste within factories, trade centers, offices or airports, the RFID solution of MOBA records the polluter or cost center of the waste through transponders or barcodes on the waste containers. This supports both disposal companies and originators with keeping the overview. MOBA has been offering RFID access control for waste locks since 1994.

The 2D system Xsite EASY measures depth, elevation and inclination of the scoop and shows the scoop position graphically and numerically on the display. The upper carriage sensor thereby guarantees correct measurements for every excavator position, whether on a slope or on level ground. An optional LED display additionally shows at a glance whether the target level has already been achieved, or whether further excavation is required. Thereby you always maintain an overview of the exact work progress and you can accurately implement specifications.

With Xsite PRO you can also benefit from additional features, like up to two GNSS antennas, which determine the position of the excavator via satellite. Thanks to the fast processor, the measured values are processed in real-time and are displayed on the 8.4“ graphic display immediately. The option of defining multiple profiles for different work assignments and having them ready at any time saves time, fuel and material and at the same time increases the efficiency of your machine.
