Modern Water - Mobile Water Monitoring Unit
Modern Water`s Solution for Real Time Results. The new Mobile Monitoring Unit (The Lab in a Van) from Modern Water brings laboratory-approved screening and analysis capabilities on the road — with real-time data and high-tech AI reporting capabilities from any location. Modern Water’s ‘Lab in a Van’ is paving the way for mobile monitoring solutions. The Lab in a Van provides on-site results in real time, maximising productivity, cutting costs, and minimising waste. The Lab in a Van allows utilities to extend their reach into smaller sites for more granular ‘last mile’ surveillance, enabling local authorities and private companies to protect citizens and customers by monitoring for Covid and a range of additional pathogens, including Forever Chemicals.
Microtox - Continuous Toxicity Monitor
Modern Water’s new Microtox® CTM is a site-based, broad range, Continuous Toxicity Monitor (CTM). It continuously measures the chemical toxicity of a water source, giving instant indication of water health. Microtox® CTM is a fully automatic instrument that offers a 4-week, autonomous operating cycle and requires a low level of skill for both operation and maintenance.
Microtox - Laboratory-Based Temperature-Controlled Luminometer System
The Microtox LX analyser is a laboratory-based, temperature-controlled luminometer, self-calibrating luminometer that measures acute toxicity
Microtox - Portable Water Quality Test System
Microtox FX is a simple, rapid, extremely responsive, portable water quality test system. Designed for acute toxicity screening and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) testing, Microtox FX uses bioluminescence technology to screen for contamination in instances of drinking water emergencies and chemical spills into water systems. Microtox FX is a portable toxicity analyser.
QuickChek - Sulfate Reducing Bacteria Detection System
The QuickChek™ SRB Detection System is a rapid enzyme immunoassay method that detects sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB). The test employs purified antibodies to detect the enzyme adenosine-5’-phosphosulfonate (APS) reductase which is common to all strains of SRB. The purified antibodies are attached to small particles that selectively capture the APS reductase enzyme. The particles and captured enzyme are then isolated on a porous membrane, which forms a reactive layer that turns blue in the presence of the APS reductase enzyme.
