Moleaer - Nanobubble Generator

Moleaer’s XTB nanobubble generators transfer any gas into any liquid with near perfect efficiency. The system does this via a unique two phase gas transfer system that both saturates a liquid with both dissolved gas and trillions of nanobubbles in the 70-100 nm range providing greater than 200x the interfacial surface area compared to micro bubbles. Nanobubble aeration has a distinct advantage over traditional aeration since the nanobubbles remain in suspension for prolonged periods of time, creating a reserve of available gas in the liquid.  This low turbulent, gas diffusion process results in the most efficient method to enhance the performance and functionality of any type of liquid.

nanoBoost - Nanobubbles Generator

The patent-pending Moleaer™ nanoBoost is the most effective technology to unlock the full potential of oxygen for water treatment and plant growth. The nanoBoost produces trillions of nanobubbles, ~100nm in size, transferring gas with greater than 90% efficiency. Moleaer’s nanobubbles remain in suspension after saturation, creating a reserve of available oxygen in the water. The combination of the high transfer rate and nanobubble stability enables maximum oxygen utilization for water treatment and crop production. Available in a variety of configurations, the nanoBoost was designed for durable operation, easy installation and straightforward control with no moving parts. Kingfisher - Nanobubble Generator

Moleaer’s patented Kingfisher™ nanobubble generator oxidizes algae and helps eliminate odor compounds while simultaneously oxygenating the sediment layer to digest muck and reduce the presence of nutrients that cause algae blooms. Due to their small size, nanobubbles possess unique physical and chemical properties that create a mild oxidant that improve the removal of contaminants, digesting muck and reducing algae. Also, by delivering the most efficient gas transfer available, Moleaer’s technology raises the dissolved oxygen (DO) levels in the sediment improving water quality, promoting beneficial bacteria, and reducing the presence of anaerobic bacteria that causes foul odors.

Inline & Modular High-Flow Gas-To-Liquid Solutions

Moleaer’s Nexus nanobubble generators are modular, pumpless systems designed to work inline with existing liquid flows. The Nexus is highly efficient gas-to-liquid injection technology that converts bulk oxygen into nanobubbles and supersaturates water with high levels of dissolved oxygen. Leverage a highly efficient nanobubble injection technology with ~85% gas transfer efficiency and flexible integration options to optimize water quality. Designed for high flow inline nanobubble gas injection, the Nexus system easily integrates with existing pumping systems. Engineered with a low head, Nexus can inject any gas with maximum transfer efficiency and nanobubble production rates. Available in stainless steel or PVC, the systems can be walled mounted, installed vertical or horizontally and stored in or outdoors. Flow rates range from 200 GPM to 2500 GPM and are compatible with both fresh and salt water.
