Compact Systems
SUPER WEEE - Model ECO Series - Copper Recovery Plant
The compact plants from SUPER WEEE ECO series are characterized by excellent components that make them unique in their genre. These technological systems are automated by a touch-screen control panel that allows a simple handling of the entire working process. Through selecting the type of material to process, it is possible to choose different working programs for electronic cards, electric cables and copper or aluminum radiators. The software can perfectly control the system for the whole processing. After being grinded by a reinforced granulator mill, the materials are pulverized by the turbine pulverizer TP and then led into the Zig-Zag air separator. Subsequently, the materials reach the densimetric tables for the final dry separation phase. These systems are also equipped with a filtering chamber with self-cleaning filters, which aspirates pollutants and collects fine particles in special big bags for disposal.
Shredders
Montalbano - Model TIGER Series - Single Shaft Shredders
The single-shaft shredders TIGER series can respond to many different processing requirements since they can shred a wide range of products for preventive volume reduction. Among the materials that these shredders can process are: automotive body parts and textiles, paper and paper board, electric cables, wood, plastic, WEEE materials, Solid Urban Waste, clinical waste and many others. The reinforced structure of TIGER shredders is able to absorb any shock and can easily withstand even heavy-duty works. The dimensions of the output depend on the grid used.
Montalbano - Model JAGUAR Series - Dual-Shaft Shredders
The dual-shaft shredders JAGUAR series are perfect for the volume reduction of many different kinds of material, like: foam rubber, electronic boards and cards, electric cables, wood, plastic, paper and paperboard, WEEE materials, Solid Urban Waste, parts from ELV (tyres, bumpers, dashboards, small tanks and fuel tanks, automotive textiles etc.) and many others. The two shredder shafts, made of stainless steel, are equipped with a security and protection device that allows their automatic inversion in case of material in excess. The reinforced structure of the JAGUAR shredders is able to absorb any shock and can easily withstand even heavy-duty works. It is possible to add a 40 mm grid for processing electronic boards.
Mills
Montalbano - Model MRG Series - Rotating Blade Mills
The rotating blade mills MRG can pledge the best performances thanks to their great functionality and ease of use. Their high-resistance blades have a gradual impact on the counter-blades, thus permitting an energy saving of about 50% on the whole production process. These mills can treat voluminous quantities of products not subject to previous shredding and are perfect for grinding PC Boards, plastic, rubber, wood, paper, leather, copper and aluminum cables, telephone wires, electronic devices, and more. The structure of these granulators is made of reinforced steel.
Montalbano - Model REX Series - Hammer Mills
The hammer mills HAMMER REX series have been designed for rough grinding and refining of small and medium wastes, like: metallic materials, aluminum, glass, automotive body parts, electronic cards, electric cables, tyres, WEEE materials, clinical waste, solid urban waste, scrap metals, and more. The high speed rotation of the hammers activates an instant acceleration that results in a first shredding of the product. The material is successively grinded by the impact against the walls of the grinding chamber and, after being suctioned by the mill, it is crushed against a perforated screen for a finer reduction. The shaking action of the hammers keeps going on until the whole product reaches the desired size. Ideal for the pre-grinding of WEEE materials.
Refiners
Montalbano - Model TP - Pulverizer Turbine
The turbine pulverizers TP, thanks to their blades and toothed armors, optimize the quality of the product to be separated and reduce the working time. The process of pulverization consists in a finer dry grinding of the pre-shredded product which comes out in small granules. The vertical structure of these pulverizers, made of hardox steel, and the blades in a special reinforced tungsten alloy, guarantee a long life span and the best performances all over the years.
Separators
Montalbano - Model TS - Densimetric Table Separator
The high technology of the separation tables TS consists in the perfect combination of vibration and airflow, which allows the segregation of granular particles with different weight and density. Through this separation method, it is possible to obtain a final product with a very high degree of purity (from 92% up to 99.80%) processing different materials, such as plastic, rubber, aluminum, copper, precious metals and more. The electronic control panel allows the saving of some working programs that can also be modified and adjusted according to the different kind of input material. TS can be supplied with self-cleaning filters, suction cyclones and separation valves.
Montalbano - Model ZIG ZAG - Air Separator
The ZIG ZAG separator has been ideated for effecting a dry pre-separation of materials with different specific weight, above all those derived from rigid copper cables or stiff metalloid pieces. This pre-separator can select the input material before it reaches the turbine pulverizer and, by removing the heaviest pieces of metal, it can facilitate the turbine work and avoid any mechanical stress or wear of the pulverizer blades. The ZIG ZAG separator structure is equipped with operational cyclones and dosing valves. The airflow can be adjusted in accordance with the type of material to separate.
Montalbano - Model VBV - Vibrating Screens
The VBV Vibrating screens use a vibrating system to separate inert materials basing on their size. This system works as a sieve that select and divide smaller pieces from larger ones according to the diameter of the holes on the grids.
Montalbano - Eddy Current Separators
The EDDY CURRENT separators are equipped with a conveyor system with magnetic rotor which generates an induction field through magnetic poles. The rotation speed generates a magnetic field that changes rapidly and, through the interaction between the magnetic forces, the non-ferrous particles are retained and separated from ferrous metals.
