The system provides high-definition EO/IR cameras with simultaneous video output for the detection, recognition and identification of targets at any time day or night.

The latest evolution of the Taurus-R Camera System suite incorporates an industry-leading dual HD-SDI slip ring, allowing two channels of uncompressed video accompanying the co-located radar. This full resolution, latency-free video is ideal in applications where reaction time is critical, such as object tracking. This system can also be configured for IP video depending on mission requirements.

The MPT-90 Visible Camera System uses the latest HD CMOS sensor technology to deliver excellent low-light capability. The system is paired with a true HD lens, and provides HD-SDI or IP video output, yielding a crisp picture that takes full advantage of the latest camera technology.

The Lycos direct drive positioner is designed to provide precision motion control for high accuracy applications. It incorporates Moog’s advanced motion control, data transport, and tracking technologies. The positioner’s motion control system is ultra-smooth even at extremely low speeds. Moog’s data transport technology provides the high bandwidth required for modern sensors and connectivity. Integrated electronics provide both video tracking and position tracking of radar and other target cues. Designed and proven to operate in high EMI and harsh temperature environments, the positioner’s modular design can accommodate a wide range of payloads and mounting configurations.

The P1600 and P1800 represent the industry standard in camera poles. They are rugged, corrosion resistant, and designed to meet common requirements for aesthetics. The P1600 is a heavy duty, 16’ square steel pole designed to accept cameras and housings from a wide variety of manufacturers. It is constructed from 4″ × 4″ × .25″ steel tubing, and comes complete with access panels on top and bottom. A 20" transformer base is available, raising the pole height to 18’. The 18’ version comes with (P1800) or without (P1800TB) a NEMA box. NEMA box includes terminal strip, 115 transformer, and surge protection. All models are capable of supporting up to 75 lbs.
