The VTM series feeders are based on the Venturi principle and are suitable for small quantities of plastic granule conveying. The DUO version integrated with the ratio valve allows recovery of regrind material for special applications. Venturi loaders are appreciated for their simple use.

The three-phase KASKO COMPACT receivers are dedicated to the vacuum conveying of plastic material in One Wire 3 (products/conveying/centralizedconveying-system/one-wire-3) three-phase conveying systems. These machines have a compact design and they are entirely made of stainless steel. The lter’s autonomy increases signicantly thanks to the Vortex eect. They are equipped with the assisted an opening which makes it more ergonomic and safer for the operator.

FV-FVS dust collectors are an efficient solution for filtration in the conveying systems of plastic granules or dusty regrind materials. They can be equipped with different filter cartridges that filter up to 0.5 micron. The vortex effect contributes to dust separation and preserves filters for a long time. Automatic air-free cleaning keeps cartridge efficiency high with no need for maintenance. Filter opening for inspection operations is easy and supported by a servo-assisted device. FV-FVS filters are suitable for conveying powder, talc and calcium carbonate (CaC03). Moretto design of dust bin collector guarantees easy access and safety for operators thanks to the quick locking system and wheels.

The TX series mini dryers include a rugged, stainless steel, OTX hopper assuring perfect mass flow of resin, total dehumidification and typically a 33% reduction in drying time. Desiccant tower operation assures reliable -62°F (-52°C) dew points. Touchscreen controls provide super-easy setup and constantly monitor your resin drying to deliver exactly the right performance with no wasted energy.

X Dryers - Innovative and exclusive flexible dehumidifying system for technical polymers. Innovative because it`s not the dryer that dehumidifies the polymers, but the polymers that give the dryer all the inputs for dehumidification. Exclusive because the system management is not based on the traditional material/temperature relation. The programming requires only two parameters to be set: Material type, Hourly throughput.

DVM is the simplest solution for dosing of master and additives in granules. The direct setting of the percentage to be dosed makes programming very simple. The motorized screw controlled ensures high reliability and it is easily extractable. The inclined and head guided dosing screw guarantees the maximum stability and precision. Different screw diameters are available, made of stainless steel with patented profile for a perfect dosing.

GR granulators series are characterized by low noise level. They are specially fit for the use at the side of the injection moulding machine. The grinders, with a sturdy construction can grind also moulded pieces recovering sprues and production wastes. They are completed with a range of accessories like cyclone, collection drawer, injector for proportional valve and inclined screw that allows to satisfy every need. The GR granulator series are developed in seven sizes and six versions for different applications: Uniblade, Multiblade, wear-resistant, cooled, raised, soundproof.

Mini water temperature controllers 194 °F. TE-KO ZERO SKY is the high performance and low energy consumption temperature controller. Indirect exchange mode with high quality components for demanding applications. Extremely robust and suitable for micro injection or extrusion applications. TE-KOs are equipped with an user friendly, clear and visible interface thanks to the LED control panel and the flow control 0-100% rate bar graph. TE-KOs are MOWIS ready.

MINI series chillers maintain high standards of energy and functional efficiency. The solid stainless steel construction guarantees long duration over time. The reduced dimensions allow installation at the side of the IMM obtaining at the same time a high energy efficiency. They are equipped with a hydraulic circuit with automatic loading, circulation pump and insulated storage tank, as well as a filter and pressure gauge already in the standard version. RC MINI are MOWIS ready.
