Pipe Threading Service

Morris Industries has one of the most modern and automated threading facilities in the world. Whether it is black, galvanized or stainless steel pipe we can thread from ½” to 12″ diameter pipe. Besides our NPT and API threads we also do column pipe threading. Our threading production capabilities can accommodate over five hundred pieces of threaded pipe per shift.

Pipe Cutting / Beveling Service

Morris Industries maintains equipment capable of cutting pipe up to and including 24”diameter. All of our cutting saws are equipped to handle single or double random lengths. Beveling up through and including 12-3/4” diameter is done on one of our many machines with either a welding bevel or threading bevel. Beveling on sizes larger than 12” is accomplished with manual beveling equipment suitable for welding applications.

Pump & Motor Modification Service

Morris offers Teflon Retrofitting on Grundfos pumps from 5 to 385 gpm. This process replaces the buna rubber seals with virgin TEFLON material to make the pump capable of environmental applications such as dissolved solvents, gasoline or leachate. Submersible motors are retrofitted with Viton diaphragm and seals to deliver dependable operation in monitoring and recovery wells in which hydrocarbons and other chemicals are present. Morris stocks various lengths of TEFLON leads to complete the environmental pump package.
