PBS-based assay buffer containing 1% BSA for most routine multiplexed assay applications. Recommended for use as a diluent for Strepavidin-PE conjguates. Produces a vivid green color to facilitate visualization in assay wells. LXAB1 - 500 mL, 1000 mL.

An alternate PBS-based assay buffer containing 0.2% BSA and a higher detergent concentration than LX Assay Buffer I. LXAB2 - 500 mL, 1000 mL.

LX Dilution Buffer PS containing a proprietary mix of bacterial polysaccharides. When used as a sample diluent, this buffer may reduce non-specific signals in serology assays. LXDBP - 100 mL.

LX Assay Buffer II containing 1 ug/ml Goat anti-Human IgG,F(ab`)2-PE conjugate (GTIGF). For detection of human IgG in serology assays. Concentration of conjugate can be customized. LXHGF - 100 mL.

TMBHK (High Kinetic TMB) achieves the highest Optical Density with color development in as little as 1 minute! Incubate 2–15 minutes and stop with Hydrochloric or Sulfuric Acid to obtain a stable yellow color. Read at 450 nm. Applications include visual assays or assays that need high sensitivity in short incubation time.

One component. Stable for 36 months. Produces a soluble end product which is blue in color that is quantitated at 650 nm. Use of a stop solution enhances sensitivity 2-4 fold and the resulting yellow solution can be read at 450 nm. Moss` TMB provides an ultrasensitive quantitative substrate system. TMB has not been found to be mutagenic or carcinogenic at the time of this printing.

Ultra Sensitive TMB. Incubate 2-15 minutes and read the blue color at 650 nm. Use of a stop solution produces a yellow end product that can be read at 450 nm.
