Ball Valve
Motipur - Floating Ball Valve
We offers 1/2/3 piece Design ball valve in Full / Reduce Port design with Flanged end connections, ball valves has split body design which meets all the requirements of ASME B16.34 for Class 150 / 300 / 600 ball valves. The Blow-Out Proof Stem floating Ball Design precision engineered valves have machined solid stainless steel ball and hollow ball with relief hole in the stem slot prevents build-up of cavity pressure while the valve is in the open position. A floating ball valve is a valve with seat supported ball that is pushed by upstream pressure towards the downstream seat to ensure sealing. The DN of the floating ball valves range is limited by the capability of seat & material to support the pressure, temperature and weight of the ball.
Motipur - Forged Ball Valve
These valves are heavy duty normally called 800# and 600# Rating. The Forged Body made from A 105 Carbon Steel and Forged SS 304 or Forged SS 316 can be available on the request. The end connections of valves are socket weld, Screw End ,butt weld end valves and flanged valves. These valves are designed as per BS 5351 and sizes -1/2 inch to 2 inch. The valves as mfg. as per 300#,600# & 800 # Pressure Rating . We are providing the PTFE/CFT as Seat and Seal. We manufacture valves from genuine guaranteed raw material with material test certificate, hydraulic test certificates, Mill TC 3.1.B available with all supply.

Motipur - Dual Plate Check Valve
Dual Plate Check Valve is an all purpose non return valve that is much stronger, lighter in weight and smaller in size compared to a conventional swing check valve or lift check valve. Dual Plate Check Valve design is the outcome of attempts to solve the problems associated with conventional swing check valve and lift check valve. Dual Plate Check Valve employs two-spring-loaded plates hinged on a central hinge pin. When the flow decreases, the plates close by the action of torsion spring before flow reversal takes place. This design offers the twin advantages of No Water Hammer and Non Slam simultaneously. Dual Plate Check Valve can be classified as Zero Velocity Valve.
