Motortech - Ignition Controller

Efficiency-enhanced engines, stricter emission regulations,highly compressed mixtures, as well as the use of a great variety of gas types are putting even greater demands on the entire ignition system. Based on its already known MIC3 series, MOTORTECH provides a new enhanced version to customers to also fulfill these greater demands in the future. With 300 mJ primary energy, the new MIC3+ series provides a reliable combustion on engines up to 12 cylinders even with weakest or fluctuating caloric values of the gas. Next to high variable ignition energy (MOST*) an accurate spark timing and diversified online diagnostics help to improve engine efficiency, spark plug life and availability of the equipment under the strictest emission regulations.

Motortech - Ignition Controller

Based on the new MOTORTECH ignition controller platform the MIC5 with 500 mJ primary energy is designed for gas engines with up to 20 cylinders. High ignition energy, accurate spark timing and diversified online diagnostics help to improve engine efficiency, spark plug life and availability of the equipment under the strictest emission regulations. The controller is fully customer configurable via Laptop.

TempScan20 - Temperature Module

The TempScan20 temperature module monitors up to 20 thermocouples and provides the temperature information to the PowerView3 HMI module via CANopen.

ITB - Throttle Bodies with Integrated Stepper Motor

Within a speed control system, a throttle body is used to regulate the supply of the gas/air mixture and thus the speed and power of a gas engine. MOTORTECH ITB throttle bodies are equipped with an integrated stepper motor, which eliminates the use for an external actuator. The stepper motor is extremely precisely actuated by the VariStep3 stepper motor driver in combination with the SC100 speed controller.
