HMM offers complete Site Assessment, Remediation, and Redevelopment (SARR) services from initial environmental site investigations, assessments, and characterization, through design and remediation implementation. A specialized group of engineers, geologists, hydrogeologists, GIS specialists, and environmental scientists provide these services. Close coordination and negotiation with applicable regulatory agencies are integral elements of HMM’s SARR project approach.

HMM has provided Solid Waste Management and Recycling (SWM&R) services to many public and private sector clients for the past 25 years. Our current clients include municipalities, counties, utility authorities, and private companies. We objectively assist our clients in implementing an integrated approach to SWM&R, and we draw on in-house capabilities to carry a project from the planning stages through to “turning the key” on new facilities. We are a prominent SWM&R consulting firm in the Northeast and have aggressively expanded our project work with key assignments in Labrador & Newfoundland and the Mid-West USA, as well as internationally with Mott MacDonald.

HMM provides storage tank management through a highly trained staff of professional geologists and engineers. This staff can investigate, analyze, and make recommendations on tank management plans, tank upgrades, and/or new tank designs. Staff members are familiar with current state, provincial, federal and USEPA rules and regulations and can expertly assist in compliance with current standards. Our design team is experienced in double-walled steel or fiberglass tanks, as well as tank upgrades in compliance with the regulations.
