HYPOX® is an innovative system patented by Movengineering to remove deeply organic substances, polymers, gels and carbon residuals from all components both delicate and rough ones. The system is perfect for the cleaning of all the metallic pieces, also made by aluminium, such as: assemblied filter housings, filter elements made with any kind of filter media, such as mesh, fibers and sintered metal powder, spinnerettes and pisn packs for synthetic fibres, gear pumps, components for polymer extrusion, pipes and manifolds, moulds, hot runners
heat exchangers, static mixer.

Thanks to our long experience, we supply in strategic market areas, complete, turnkey and tailor-made cleaning centers, suitable to regenerate metallic filters and components of the customer. The cleaing centres are made of several machineries designed and preassemblied by Movengineering. We also supply training to the operators both on site or remotely.

It is an integrated process set up for the recovery and treatment of lactamic water in PA6 polimerization plants. It allows to reduce the PA6 production costs, minimizing the caprolactam loss and optimizing the plant of lactamic water circuit. With Decrolactam it is possible to considerably reduce the costs for polymerization reactors and concentrators maintenance and cleaning. It can also produce polymer, with a quality suitable for the different applications, either for technical use, monofilaments, flakes, compound or other, from 100% of concentrated lactamic water, without the addition of virgin lactam. If the Decrolactam process is integrated in the polymer production, it is possible to guarantee an increase in efficiency up to 100%.

In order to optimize the energetic consumptions and to avoid that the air conditioning and treatment system, combined with cooling circuits, could generate an energy demand equal to 40÷60% of that absorbed by the whole production plant, we have set up an integration project based on: integration of the spinning air conditioning plant with oil mist and monomer suction systems to minimize the contamination and dispersion of thermal energy in the environment.

The part of storage and transport of chips in a spinning plant is the essential prerequisite for optimizing the production result: in Movengineering we design and build in synergy with the customer systems suitable for maximizing the final results.

At Movengineering we design and manufacture customized systems for drying chips for PA6 and PA6.6 in nitrogen flow.

It is a static machinery to speed up the sedimentation processes of heavy particles and the emersion process-es of light particles indie liquids. In comparison to traditional tanks of same dimensions, the Diaset tanks offer a capacity up to 10-12 times bigger and allow to activate, below or above the diaphragms, recirculating processes to dissipate, in the liquid mass, some additives or chemical products, such as PH correctors, flocculants or coagulants.

FLAMEC filter units are equipped with FLAMEC modules with polymeric flat membranes which operate with a tangential flow and with cross flow filtration permeation.

Masfilt are automatic machines where the treated liquid with low viscosity has to go through a 3m high layer of granular material with thinness from 0,5 to 3mm. The liquid motion happens from the top to the bottom. The liquid goes through the granular mass with an apparent transit  speed of 10-30m/h. When Masfilt are used as filters, the filtering layer stops on the surface the bigger particles and slows down the motion of the smaller ones, which filter through the mass progressively at a speed from 10 to 1000 times lower than the liquid speed. The particles kept in the filter are removed through back flush washing of the granular mass that can be fluidized with air or gas flow.

Revos are water treatment units with Reverse Osmosis process, mounted on skid with capacities up to 30 m³/h. The Revos units can be positioned in equipped containers upon request (dimensions: 20-40 ft).
